This is just what I have been doing. I am totally focused on eating foods produced locally. I shop the farmers market and I planted a beautiful garden of my own. i eat lots of blueberries and peaches right now. I eat a variety of greens and tomatoes from my own garden. I’m loving it emotionally and I feel wonderful.
Currently I’m thinking about mosquitos and a natural remedy to keep them off of me. have you got one?

We are testing a bug repellent this summer, meanwhile, you can try this at home: 5 drops cedar wood, 5 drops citronella, 5 drops eucalyptus, and 2 drops peppermint, in a 4 oz spray bottle filled with water. You need to re-apply more frequently than the store brands, but it is worth it to put something natural on your skin that you made in your own kitchen. Enjoy! Laura
Laura,
Thank you for your mosquito recipe. I’m enjoying the blog. This is
quite good and something that I need to develop for http://www.bodyandhomeorganics.com
I’ll keep following.
